Kaleth is a one-person studio run by Maksym Kononenko, a registered sole proprietor in Ukraine. This page explains what happens to your data when you use this site.

What I collect

If you fill in the contact form: your email address, your company name, and whatever you write in the message field.

If you book a call: your name, email address, the answers to the two booking questions, and the time you selected.

If you just read the site: aggregate traffic data — pages viewed, country, referring site. This is not tied to you as an individual.

I don't collect anything else. There's no account to create, no profile being built, and no tracking across other websites.

Why I collect it

To reply to you, and to run the call you booked. That's the whole purpose.

I don't send newsletters. I don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing. I won't add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

Who else processes it

Running this site involves a few services. Each one only sees what it needs:

• Formspree — delivers the contact form to my inbox. Sees what you typed in the form.
• Cal.com — handles call booking and calendar sync. Sees your booking details.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and routes email. Sees standard request data such as IP address and browser type.
• Google — my calendar and email. Sees your message once it reaches my inbox.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. If you're working with me under a contract, I'll give you a full subprocessor list and sign a data processing agreement.

How long I keep it

Emails and booking records stay in my inbox and calendar as ordinary business correspondence. If we don't end up working together, write to me and I'll delete everything I hold about you.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email max@kaleth.dev and I'll do it — no form to fill in, no verification hoops.

If you're in the EU or UK, these rights come from the GDPR. They apply here regardless of where I'm based.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers at all. That's why there's no cookie banner.
